§ 10-13. Maintenance of lots, structures.

If any cemetery lot or structure thereon becomes unsightly through neglect of the owner thereof, the cemetery committee may put the same in proper order at the cost of the owner, which cost may be recovered and collection thereof enforced in the same manner as fines for the violation of the ordinances of the village are recovered and enforced.
