§ 2-118. Service of notice of special meetings; performance of other prescribed duties.

The village clerk shall issue and serve notices of all special meetings upon all members of the village board and upon all other persons whose attendance may be required before such meeting when so directed by the village president, and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by ordinance and law.
