§ 4-30. Permitting gambling.

Except as permitted under Chapter 4, Article IV, Section 4-40 (video gaming terminals approved under the Illinois Video Gaming Act), no gambling device in any form shall be permitted nor any gambling device kept or used in, on or about any place or premises operated by any licensee under this chapter.
