§ 3. Street construction.

All new streets dedicated or platted after the effective date of this ordinance shall be improved with roadway paving in accordance with the table entitled "Minimum Standards for Street Design," article V. Also, concrete curbs shall be installed on all new streets and thoroughfares.

Street surfacing shall meet current State of Illinois motor fuel tax standards.
